Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  ·The item must be unused and in its original condition

  ·The item must be in the original packaging

  ·Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  ·Clearance or final sale items

  ·Adult-themed products (for hygiene reasons)

Return Shipping

  ·For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  ·Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  ·If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

  ·Refunds will be issued to your original payment method


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  ·Damaged

  ·Incorrect


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and your order number for faster processing.


Order Cancellation

  ·Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  ·After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped
