  ·The reason is subjective (e.g., “don’t like it,” “not what I imagined”)

  ·Sale or clearance items are not eligible unless damaged

3. Return Requirements

  ·Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition

  ·Return shipping cost depends on the reason:

    1.Quality issue → We cover it

    2.Non-quality reasons → Customer covers it

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund through the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
